Founding sponsors and inaugural teams get their names in the record books. This is Year One of what becomes the signature athletic fundraiser at San Marcos Academy — and there's only one Year One.
Registration opens on the patio. Carts staged at the driving range. Kissing Tree team will check bags as players arrive, transport them to the driving range, and load on the correct carts. Breakfast served on the patio.
Two shuttles will transport players from the patio to the driving range to warm up. Announcements for players to move to their carts.
Kissing Tree team escorts all players from the range out to their starting holes. Play begins right after.
Closest to the pin. Long drive. Hole-in-one. Sponsor activations at featured holes. Beverage cart running all morning.
Lunch and scoring/awards on the patio as players finish. Team winners, contest prizes, Booster Club recognition, and thank-yous to founding sponsors — all served up together as the field returns.
Sponsorship opportunities are open at every level — hole sponsors, beverage cart, lunch, and title sponsor. Founding-year sponsors receive permanent recognition as the ones who made the very first 1907 Golf Classic possible.
